Hotel Maxim Opera - Paris

The staff was helpful, and the location is vibrant with good eateries nearby! Loved the spacious shower and quality bedding too.

Excellent service, perfect and incredible location in nice district. And not far from different subway lines.

Very helpfull staff. We stayed on the 6 floor in the two twin bed room. Interior of the room was outdated, but room was very clean. The actual room size and the bathroom size were pretty good. Location of the hotel is great. A lot of restoraunts and cafe around. The supermarket is on the same block. Very convinient to all main points of interest. Hotel is very close to the two metro stations. Good budget hotel and worth the money payed.

Room size limitations!!! Air conditioning issues!!! Inconsistent cleanliness!!! Maintenance of fixtures could be improved!!! Noisy environments during nighttime!!! Limited in-room storage and facilities!!! The lobby could use some refreshing!!!

Brand-new and spotless room available with a beautiful view, a coffee machine and a minibar. They provided friendly service. Great location, bistros and pubs close to the hotel. 20 minutes walk from central Paris...

The location was nice, near the metro. For those who like to walk and see the city, 10 min - Moulin Rouge, 10min - Opera, 20 min - Louvre, 30/40 min - Arc Triumph. The street was very calm with lots of places for a fast breakfast around. There were also lots of bars and restaurants around for any taste and wallet. The facilities were clean and in general comfortable for the price.

Half of the staff was a bit discourteous. The mattress was too soft.

The room at Maxim Opera offered a good view of Sacre Coeur. Cleanliness impressed me, with the shower spacious for Paris standards. The staff provided a seamless upgrade. Breakfast at €20 felt slightly overpriced. Some buffet options lacked variety, especially healthy choices. While the room was cozy, I noted a few loose fixtures in the bathroom that could use attention.

Beautifuly designed property, perfectly clean, very GOOD service and fair value. Good and delightful food. Unbeatable location in Paris and close to an underground station. Very very nice area with restaurants and bars close to the hotel.

the price of the hotel is too high, the conditions are no so good inside of the hotel, the hotel is like 2 stars not 3 stars.

Upgraded to a room with Sacre Coeur view.

had the parking option at a reduced rate, well located for our needs, we had the baby cot in our room for no extra charge, and just general a friendly atmosphere.

beds were a little on the small side, and there was a little foul smell when entering the room.

The hotel is well located in the center of Paris, it is close to the metro and north railway station. I did not test the breakfast as you can have a cheaper and probably better one in the neighborhood. The hotel is not too expensive (for an hotel in Paris), the bedroom (2 beds) and bathroom were big enough.

The decoration is very very old, the bed was not hard enough, the heather was blocked open (too hot at night)... but that's better than no heating at all. Don't come here for the charm but rather for the price.

The staff's warm attention, including pre-packed breakfast for our early departure, and the good view from our spacious room enhanced our stay remarkably.

I liked its convenient location and the staff will very helpful. Generally had a fine experience.
